Senior CR Officer

Summary of Position

Urban Hub (Cambodia): currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Senior CR Officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide and train Cashier Offcier team to work independently
  • Assist General Manager to set up & develop customer relations management procedures and work instructions
  • Deploy department's procedure to team and keep effectively monitor
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to ensure be proactive for customer's change requesitions, updated price, memo and sales policy
  • Make sure customer pay on time/accuracy and cooperate with sales & marketing team in case customer will no pay as required
  • Work closely with Legal  team for such legal issue
  • Analyze report from each Cashier before sending final report to GM
  • Weekly & monthly report such as: Customer Satifaction, Cash Collection & Management, Suggestion to be improved…
  • Immediately report to GM for any irrigular issues
  • Wok closely with Bank to do bank reconcile on cash deporsit 
  • Perform other tasks will be assigned by general manager

  • At least bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields

  • Be able to communicate in English,scheduling, reporting, Microsoft Office and problem solving
  • Key Performance Indidcators (KPIs) will be provided by General Manager
