Senior Finance And Accounting Manager

Summary of Position

One of commercial bank from South Korea is seeking for candidate as a Senior Finance and Accounting Manager that will be responsible for accounting work, record avenues, expenditures, assets and liability. He /She will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • The Bank is required to prepare annual reports to be presented to the stockholders. These are also prepared and presented by the public accountants
  • Analyse financial reports and make sure that the reports maintained  by the Banks satisfy the necessary legal requirements
  • Preparation and Maintain in financial operation  process with NBC
  • Preparation of tax declaration (WHT, VAT, PIT )
  • Forecast future  budget  needs and preparation  / operation  of borrowing  by Bank’s  cash flow
  • Analysing  financial  information and Identify  variances between  actual  and  budgeted   financial  results  at  the  end  of  each reporting  period
  • Review the Bank’s budget for compliance with legal regulations
  • Design and implement  effective budgeting  policies and procedures

Reporting to

  • Chief Finance officer

Experience Required

3 to 5 year experience in finance or accounting, in a financial institution would be an asset

Minimum Educational Level Required

Associate Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

English

Other Requirements

  • Education  in accounting,  finance or  business and either  be on  a path  to  achieve your accounting designation (CPA) or have your CPA
  • Strong understanding  of CIFRS (Cambodian International  Financial Reporting Standards)
  • Good understanding  of accounting principles and financial statements
  • Well-developed  technical skills in Word and Excel
  • Unquestioned personal integrity  with strong ethics and values consistent with bank culture
