Senior Human Resources Manager

Summary of Position

Leader ( Cambodia) Limited is looking for Senior Human Resources Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs a full spectrum of HR function, which includes staffing & recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR Operations, employee payroll, processing, salary tax filing, learning and development, employee relations, budget management and general administration
  • Develops and updates the HR policies and procedures for the group of leader energy companies in Cambodia. Monitors and identifies the legal requirements to ensure the policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance
  • Liaises with relevant ministry or statutory bodies, tax officers, legal officers for reporting requirement, audit or inspection
  • Monitors the labor market trends, analyses wage and salary to determine competitive compensation including conducting survey an benchmarking
  • Conducts new hire orientation and implement a structured on-boarding program
  • Administers benefits programs and maintains the accuracy of the employee records from hire to termination
  • Provides coaching and guidance on HR policies, procedures and HR related matters to the Heads of Department and Managers

Reporting to

Reporting to the Country Manager of the Leader Energy Group of companies in Cambodia, the incumbent will be part of the Key Management Team in providing the directions and guidance on human resource strategy and initiatives for the power energy plants located in both Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville

Experience Required

At least 6 – 8 years of working experiences in the HR related fields

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Executive (Department Head, VP,...)

Languages Required

Excellent communication skills in English

Other Requirements

  •  Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  •  Excellent knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law, prevailing HR practices and legislations
  •  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  •  Willing to commute and work in dual locations, Phnom Penh and Preah Sihanoukville
  •  Self-motivated, proactive, possess good people and problem solving skills
  •  Good knowledge of MS application, Email and HR system
