Senior Interior Designer

Summary of Position

An architecture and interior design company is looking for Senior Interior Designer who have a high visual impact, and involves listening to Company and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Has to be a creative designer, concept planner, presentation leader who will refer to the Director of Interior Design. This position will be based in Phnom Penh.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Interior Design
  • Lead juniors to develop design, furnishing and visual solutions for interior big scale projects
  • Develop design concepts and prepare all the technical drawings & layouts
  • Elaborate renders and ID concepts complying with schedule and budget aspects
  • Ensure the international standards
  • Present mood boards and design concept to the client
  • Schedule activities & ensure the juniors productivity
  • Liaise with supervisor with regards to management and performance of junior designer.

To Director of Interior Design

Experience Required

At least 5 years up experience in design field

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Strong communication in English (written and spoken), Chinese is a plus

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor of Interior Design, decorator or architecture
  • Passionate by international design mind
  • Understanding of marketing and branding field
  • Understanding of the impact of UX on Interior Design
  • Good Leadership
  • Ability to use Autocad, Sketchup, V-Ray, Photoshop and Office
  • Time management ability
  • Strong communication in English (written & spoken) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make presentation & develop graphic design boards
  • "Think-outside-the-box’’ spirit & must follow the design last trends
  • Traveling abroad to study Interior Design trends is a must.
