Senior Officer for Staff Performance Management
Summary of Position
Hattha Kaksekar Limited: Currently, we are looking for a Senior Officer for Staff Performance Management.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with all departments and offices to set up annual KPI for all HKL employee.
- Coordinate Performance Appraisal process with time manner both on mid-year and year-end evaluation process.
- Work in collaboration with each department to develop key indicators to drive a desired performance from all employees.
- Produce and preparation the employee list of evaluation and submit related branches and departments on monthly basis.
- Provide support to all HKL employee, supervisor, managers, directors, management to ensure that performance measurements are fairly rated/scored based on HKL rating definitions.
- Prepare merit increase letter, HKL’s staff ID card, certificate of employment, letter of appreciation, service award and other awards.
- Contribute in HR policies and procedure development.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

- Head of HR Operation and Strategy Department
Other Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Management, or Business-related fields (HRM is preferred).
- Working experiences in HR is desired.
- Sound understanding on Human Resource, Org Development, critical thinking.
- Good english communication (both written and verbal).
- Good computer skills.
- Flexible attitude with positive mindset.
