SATHAPANA Bank: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Senior Officer, Relationship Management.

Our JP Desk goal is to be No.1 service and sales desk in Japanese banking desk in Cambodia, in terms of customer satisfaction and the number of clients.

• To achieve the goal, the below jobs are done as its main objectives:
  • Support both individual and corporate clients to let them use our system/product/service easier and more comfortable in terms of communication with relevant department or/and branch
  • Maintain existing clients by service quality and response speed to solve their problems
  • Research and analyze the market and clients’ potential needs through communication
  • Develop the business opportunity with potential/existing clients; Japan Desk would aim at being a kind of touchstone and successful example for whole bank by challenging new and creative business model
• To fulfill its objectives, the below tasks are done as its normal activities:
  • Communicate with potential/existing clients to maintain relationship, to find new business chances, to seek valuable information and other purposes, by visiting, calling, e-mail or other suitable ways
  • Deal with clients’ request in speedy and proper manner
  • Consult with internal colleagues to solve customer’s issues, prepare new business solutions and seek opinions or judgment
  • Create presentations and materials to show our proposals to be understood easily and to be noticed better
  • Prepare some reports for internal use to keep our information managed in proper way with Seniors and Managements

Report to Japanese Desk

• Bachelor degree or equivalent is appreciated, but not limited to that, if the person is capable
• English: Business level is appreciated
• Japanese: Native level is required
• Word, Excel and Power Point skill: Material preparation is a kind of required tasks, so higher is better
• Experience: Sales experience is appreciated
