Senior Sales Executive (Senior Account Executive)
Summary of Position
NeocomISP Limited (NTC) has been established since 2006 as an Internet & Newtorking Service Provider in Cambodia focused in wholesale business. NTC soon grew to a full-fledged Internet Service Provider (ISP) and started building our own fiber transmission infrastructure under the licenses from the government. We deployed the latest Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) technology in our fiber optic network which allows us to provide high-quality of Data, IP and Voice solutions in our country as a whole where we aimed to become a Leader ISP.
NeocomISP Limited (NTC), would like to offer an opportunity to any talents candidate to fulfill this vacancy and growth together with NeocomISP's Family as the following summary activities:
- To meet minimum sales and collections targets, as set forth by the Department Head and Branches Manager of each location
- To identify new opportunities for business with both existing and new clients
- To manage client relationships, including making telephone and face-to-face sales calls to current clients on a timely basis to uncover opportunities and advance the sales process
- To follow & adapt to the Company's Policy with self discipline
- To follow instruction as set by the Department Head and/or Branches Manager of each location
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet minimum sales and collections targets, as set forth by the Department Head and Branches Manager of each location
- Identify new opportunities for business with both existing and new clients
- Manage client relationships, including making telephone and face-to-face sales calls to current clients on a timely basis to uncover opportunities and advance the sales process
- Follow & adapt to the Company's Policy with self discipline
- Follow instruction as set by the Department Head and/or Branches Manager of each location
- Work with center staff to provide the necessary service required for ongoing customer satisfaction
- Support customer acquisition activities, including trade shows, email marketing, online webinars and seminar events
- Prepare written presentations, proposals and price quotations
- Give presentations and briefings to clients as needed
- Master the information presented during sales meetings
- Continually learn new product and industry knowledge and improve selling skills through both online and face-to-face meeting
- Use computer software tools to track client contact information, communicate with potential clients, and perform other sales-related functions

As the Senior Sales Executive Position, he/she is directly reporting to Sales Manager

- Chinese Speaking is more advantage.
Other Requirements
- Minimum 2 – 3 years’ successful direct sales experience in ISP, Technology, or adjacent industries
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
