CAMBODIAN SINGMENG TELEMEDIA CO., LTD: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Shop Manager, ( Khmer / English / Chinese ). PP.

• Strong sales skills and marketing knowledge
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor
• Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts basic financial analysis
• Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions
• Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Perform other tasks from manager

• BA degree in major of business management or in any relevant fields
• At least 4 years working experiences with Retail Management, Retail Sales of electronic devices
• Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
• Good in writing and spoken English and Khmer. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
