Site Administrative Officer

Summary of Position

LBL International is a French‐Cambodian construction company established in Southeast Asia since 1991. The main contractor, LBL is situated at the high‐end of the construction market and specialized in the implementation of prestigious projects such as luxury hotels, exclusive villas, residential buildings, institutions, commercial buildings and educational and humanitarian buildings. Currently, we are looking for Site Administrative Officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform the full administration function of the site (organize filing, assemble relevant information and fill in documentation as required…)
  • Give personal assistance to the Project Manager and the Project Team
  • Ensure overall coordination within the organization and between all disciplines, at all levels (including management) and external parties
  • Act as the focal point for all visitors
  • Maintain the site’s diary, arrange appointments, meetings and all external visits
  • Update the staff presence/absence sheet on a daily basis (attendance and AL)
  • Maintain the inventory of LBL properties for the site
  • Work closely with the HR Department to answer any administrative requests
  • Responsible for the site office maintenance i.e. Internet maintenance service, equipment & statonery maintenance. etc.
  • Provide administrative assistance to site management (Copies, printing, scanning and update in dropbox …)

The Project Manager/Human Resource

Experience Required

At least 1-year administration work experience

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Good command of Khmer and English, both spoken and written

Other Requirements

  • Computer fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Good level of verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels
