Site Administrative Officer
Summary of Position

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and record official documents, creating site worker ID cards, responding to stationary requisitions, etc
- Handle all time management tasks including monitoring and maintaining the finger print machines
- Handle manual tasks related time management
- Support site worker’s Payroll
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Gender : Female, Age 18 years up
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education or a related field.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in administration, time management, or a related area
- Have knowledge of time management and business administration.
- Computer fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Good level of verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels
