Site Manager (Construction and Interior)

Summary of Position

Uni Sun Development Corp is looking for a Site Manager with 3-5 years’ experience in construction site management.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and examine all technical works and site management.
  • Manage workers’ daily performance and solve the problem at Site.
  • Review Shop drawing for all technical work.
  • Responsible for monthly progress report and progress evaluation claim
  • .Monitoring daily on the contractor/sub-contractor’s work.
  • Ensure work quality of construction and in accordance with time lines of the project.

3-5 years’ experience in construction site management

Bachelor's Degree

Languages Required

Good command of spoken and written English

  • Able to read structural calculation note for building

  • Good in problems-solving skill
  • Ability to cope with pressure and change
