A leading international company specialized in agriculture with operations around the world, is looking for a Site Manager to be in charge of managing plantation in the Rattanakiri province.

• Provide leadership and logistics management to build the roads and villages
• Manage, coordinate and oversee the 17,000 hectares of the plantation, whilst also managing the 500 employees, with the potential to manage a maximum of 2,000 employees in the future
• Establish and maintain the monthly budget, and ensure that it is followed
• Develop and monitor security systems to manage up to 70 guards at a time
• Develop performance measures and ensure that the measures are followed
• Manage all of the required Human Resource processes

• Minimum 3-5 years in technical management roles in rural locations
• Strong technical and management skills
• Engineering knowledge and experience is a plus
• This position is open to both expatriate or local
• Speaking Khmer is a plus
• Must be used to working in a rural area, with no social activity
• Must be able and willing to work 6 days a week
