Spare Parts Staff

Summary of Position

Toyota is the world's first automobile manufacturer to produce more than 10 million vehicles per year with the business operation in over 140 nations and the employment of more than 300,000 staffs across the globe. Currently, we are looking for Spare Parts Staff.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Daily Operation

  • Check EPC to find correct parts and location
  • Receive parts from CPD and Braches
  • Binning
  • Hand appointment preparation together with CR Team
  • Supply correct parts to workshop

2. Documentation

  • Issue goods receive voucher with correct information
  • Issue and control stock released sheet
  • Order stock replenishment

3. Report

  • Make daily sale report to Distributor
  • Make lost sale report to Distributor
  • Prepare monthly stock aging
  • Perform other task as assigned by Leader/Asst. Manager/Manager

Languages Required

English

Other Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration 
  • Pleasant personality, honest and reliable 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Khmer and English 
  • Knowledge of using Ms. Word & Excel 
  • High commitment to deliver the result and company's expectation 
  • Willing to work with complicated items and product
