Stock Controller
Summary of Position
A one of the largest integrated oil and gas companies in the world providing energies from around the world that spur involvement and creativity and enable the Company to aim for ever increasing quality, safety and efficiency is looking for Stock Controller.
The Stock Controller will be in charge of daily tasks including task gauging, meter checking, stock movements and accountable for overall stock reports and records.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily checking of meter reading at white product loading gantry
- Perform daily task gauging and ensuring data record is accurate
- Be responsible for white product movement in terms of report accuracy
- Perform daily physical stock in petro-stock system, based on delivery notes
- Reconciliation of all stock movements, investigations and ensuring that any losses or gains are identified
- Ensure coordination with Operations Department for the posting of inventory gain/loss
- Handle random checking on loading of white product into trucks
- Perform all other task assigned by team leader
- Account for overall custodian of stock reports at Depot KHSOM
- Account for timely and accurate record on stock position
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Good communication skills both Khmer and English and Vietnamese is a plus
Other Requirements
- Bachelor of accounting, Business Management or Technical Engineering
- Good skills in mathematics and MS office
- Reliability, honesty and integrity
