Stock Controller (Real Estate)
Summary of Position
Phnom Penh Land Development was established in 2016 but its long history was stemmed from some real estate business since 2012. The Company has engaged with big projects of apartments and condominiums for most of the international clients. We are now the developer of the smart city ready for stock exchange market of billion-dollar listing in New York. Grown well from the small to the big sizes among other local and international project developer in Cambodia, we are handling construction projects, including steel handicrafts, shops, houses, apartment, condominiums, villas, schools and many others. Phnom Penh Land Development is URGENTLY looking for a qualified and talented candidate of creativity and advancement, full of energy and positive thinking to fill in the vacant position as Stock Controller (Real Estate) 1 post who meets the criteria as follows:
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible in checking, maintaining and ensuring all the materials received and dispatched are of good quality and quantity and complied with the Company’s standards and specifications
- Planning and monitoring on material arrangement and in compliance with 5S Kaizen if possible
- Ensuring stock locations are tidy and hygienic
- Preparing reports on adjustments to inventories, spoiled, damaged, technical wrongdoing and wasting materials
- Collecting data and reporting about materials which are expired and no longer in use, which need to be cleared out of stocks
- Receiving and dispatching materials from Ordering List
- Checking the quality and quantity of materials in and out with documents
- Preparing and maintaining materials in safety locations as designated
- Reporting on materials, which have not registered and enumerated
- Checking the beginning balances, current balances and closing balances of external materials every month
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in stock management
- Experiences with real estate business is preferred
- Positive thinking, dynamic teamwork, self-motivation, time management, disciplinary, respectful, helpful, supportive, communicative, cooperative and result-oriented
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree…etc.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in numeracy
- Able to work under pressure with high responsibility
- Khmer and English are acceptable
