Supervisor, Credit Assessment (Large & Micro-Loan)

Summary of Position

Khmer Capital Microfinance Institution Plc: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Supervisor, Credit Assessment (Large & Micro-Loan).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review deeply regarding to internal policy, guideline, procedure, and flow
  • Conduct training program as quarterly or any urgent need to credit assessment team and credit staff to improve/strengthening credit quality for institution
  • Collect/gather all related sources of credit application to review and analyze which following internal standard and procedure
  • Check and review clients ‘credit history, collaterals, and legal document to comply with internal requirement and external regulations
  • Conduct site visit such as clients resident, site of collaterals, and business situation etc.,
  • Prepare credit application and submit to manager or/and committer for review and approval
  • Respond to information inquiry from clients and follow up about credit status
  • Monitor and ensure that credit applications are maintained in compliance with internal policies and external regulators
  • Support credit team to key in credit information into system
  • Report of credit disbursement, credit issue, and credit follow up to Credit Manager and management
  • Monitor, coach, and train team member to understand well relating to policies, procedure, and guideline and ensure they have enough skill and ability to perform the assigned task
  • Assist manager to amend or update the policies, procedure, guideline, memos,  and related document internally
  • Perform other task assign by Credit Manager/Management

The Credit Manager

Experience Required

4 years with Bank, MDIs, and MFIs.

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Able to use English communication.

Other Requirements

  • Male or Female (encourage to apply)
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, and other
  • Minimum 4 years experiences as credit skill, assessment/underwriter, with MDI, MFI or Bank Preferable from Banking
  • Well understanding of credit analysis and result oriented
  • Good at collaterals evaluation and legal process
  • Strong skill in Ms. Office (Words, Excel, Power point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Flexible, friendly, team build, and goal oriented
  • Good of English for both writing and speaking
  • And can work under pressure and deadline committed
