SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Summary of Position
The leading companies specializing in retail is looking for The Supply Chain Manager who will be in charge of managing the supply chain activities from import process, keeping relationship with Manufacturer, domestic logistics and stock issues to ensure maximum product availability on-time, in full to be delivered to our customer with the highest level of quality and services. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Confer with Area Manager and Sales Manager to forecast demand and create supply plan that ensure availability of products and consumables
- Negotiate price and terms with suppliers, vendors and freight forwarders
- Weekly forecasts for central warehouse inbound requirements
- Inventory monitoring, forecast vs. actual tracking and purchase order adjustments as required
- Monitor merchandise unit cost tracking, safety stock margins and reorder points
- Define forecasting process improvements across the supply chain and Implement new or improved supply chain processes
- Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows
- Collaborate with Area Manager, Inventory Manager and Sales Manager to identify or qualify new suppliers
- Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service
- Ensure best stock management level according to working capital instructions

Minimum 3-5 years in a supply chain analyst or materials planning role

Bachelor's Degree

Other Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree required Finance, Science or Engineering background
- Category management, for demand planning role in Retail (Preferred), manufacturing, or Consumer Packaged Goods
- Be Able to work on own initiative, be pro-active, well organized and able to work under pressure, results oriented, focused on meeting tight deadlines and willing to be flexible in order for the team to be successful
- Have great problem solving skills when the situation arises
- Behave in a professional and ethical manner at all times
- Computer proficiency (advanced level in MS Excel, Office pack) with ERP or Inventory management software experience, ideally Chonicle Hat
