Unisun Development Corp: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Surveyor. The Surveyor performs duties as directed, by making exact measurements and supporting all disciplines with a quality layout for unit installation. Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features on or near the earth's surface for engineering, construction, and other purposes.

• Conduct field layouts and surveying activities
• Establish exterior-interior grade and working lines for contractors or crafts
• Assist in the evaluation of potential dimensions and other field problems
• May oversee some subcontractor work activities, as assigned
• Watch for hazards and report any concerns to your supervisor or safety professional
• Report all accidents and near misses to supervisor; participate in investigation process as needed Participate in all pre-job work planning and safety discussions
• Identify safety hazards you or other employees may be subject to and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate and/or mitigate hazards
• Understand and respond appropriately to all safety hazards and warning devices
• Understand, support, and follow lockout/tag out procedures
• Attend site-specific training and assure you follow all procedures as out lined in training
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
• Must adhere to safety protocol

Chief Operation Officer

• 5 years of experience as a Field Engineer or surveyor is preferred
• Knowledge of general contract and subcontract documents, drawings, specifications, and surveying instruments
• Must be able to work at elevated heights, frequently lift materials and work in outside all weather conditions
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, shop drawings, procedure manuals, and safety rules
• Able to verify mathematical calculations for gathering physical survey data, document technical design details, analyze physical, survey, or geographic data, survey land to measure or determine features, determine operational criteria or specifications, calibrate scientific or technical equipment, calculate geographic positions from survey data
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Experience in high-end housing project
