One of the leading international company specialized in designing, sourcing and manufacturing sport products and brand products. They are looking for Team Leaders who will be in charge of supporting the project of its first store in the country. She/he will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Create a sport community in Cambodia based on passion and happiness through sport.
• Recruit and manage a team of sport players with a common dream of sport accessibility to Cambodians
• Responsible for the full management of one area of the store including budget, sales and stock
• Be creative in order to improve the sales and make the store the first sport meeting in Phnom Penh

• Sport passionate or sport player and you want to share this passion with a large community in Cambodia
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Previous experience in B to B or B to C as a Team Manager
• Innovative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset
• You like to take more and more responsibilities in your job
• Social network user with good ideas how to build a sport online business
• You like to be on the field with your teammates
• Fluent in English
