Technical Support Engineer

Summary of Position

Asia Pacific Communications Co., Ltd. is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Site visit with sales and marketing team
  • Provide technical support to the customers
  • Design and planning of Network (LAN/WAN) 
  • Troubleshooting and performance customer’s network
  • Perform other assignment assign by supervisors

Reporting to

The CEO / Vice President

Experience Required

At Least 1-2 work experiences in Telecommunication or Internet Service Provider or IT field
IT knowledge on server, network, security system, system integration

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Khmer and/or English or Chinese (preferred)

Other Requirements

  • Strong commitment, passion, self-motivation plus analytical skill
  • CCNA or other related field preferred
  • Willing to travel to various provinces including potential overseas training
  • Good command of English both speaking and writing (Chinses Encouraged)
