Tender & Proposal Manager

Summary of Position

LBL International is a French‐Cambodian construction company established in Southeast Asia since 1991. The main contractor, LBL is situated at the high‐end of the construction market and specialized in the implementation of prestigious projects such as luxury hotels, exclusive villas, residential buildings, institutions, commercial buildings and educational and humanitarian buildings. Currently, we are looking for a Tender & Proposal Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall Tender Process from reviewing information about demands to clarifying tender conditions and management of the tender preparation
  • Present tender approach/strategies to upper management and clients
  • Risk tracking and management throughout the tender process
  • Manage the tender budget and meet the deadline
  • Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the tender, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
  • Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues
  • Manage the approval process according to COMPANY Tendering Process
  • Participate in the negotiation process with the customer when necessary

  • 10+ years of project or proposal experience

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Managing processes, analyzing info, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
