They work alongside game designers and programmers to ensure a game works flawlessly before they send the game out to the market. Game testers play an important role in the industry of online gaming.

• Establish testing standards and procedures according to requirements
• Follow up on bug status and proactively have them fixed
• Write test reports, submit testing results and analyze issues
• Actively monitor the end product for bugs and assist teammates with various issues

• Head IT and Tech

• Computer science and/or related bachelor degree or higher
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Sound knowledge of testing procedures such as black box and automated script testing
• Familiar and willing to learn the actual gaming product and provide optimization suggestions
• Good communicator with patience and a special passion to testing and finding bugs
• Decent Chinese communication skills
• Candidates with a passion for online gaming preferable
