Training and Development Officer

Summary of Position

Opennet (Internet Service Provider): currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Training and Development Officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow Training Plan
  • Brainstorm Training Contents
  • Make Training Slides
  • Train Staffs
  • Create Quiz and Evaluate trainee’s answer
  • Perform more work assigns by manager

Experience Required

2 Years

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Khmer
English
Chinese is A plus.

Other Requirements

  • 1 year experience in related field
  • Graduated from Social Science Faculty for Soft-Skill Trainer
  • Graduated from Technical, Network, Internet… for Technical Trainer
  • Active and always smile
