Summary of Position
The Lemon Tree is a restaurant, located in Tonle Bassac area in the street 308, serving French food. We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Waiter / Waitress for full time. Please provide your CV by email in English.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve all guests
- Provide fast and efficient service of food and beverage in a courteous and dynamic manner
- Ensure correct billing procedures
- Provide good and friendly service to guests
- Set tables / bar counter
- Welcome and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus to customers, answer questions and make recommendations
- Take orders from customers
- Prepare beverages
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and resolve customer complaints about food quality or service
- Process bills, present them to customers, and handle money
- Boost delivery
- Clear and clean tables / bar counter
- Arrange bottles and glasses behind the bar counter to make attractive displays
- Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws
- Clean glasses, utensils and bar equipment
- Ensure the Restaurant service standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety are upheld
- Take part in cleaning activities
- Check inventories of food, equipment, smallware, and liquor, and report shortages to the supervisor
