The Lemon Tree is a restaurant, located in Tonle Bassac area in the street 308, serving French food. We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Waiter / Waitress for full time. Please provide your CV by email in English.

• Serve all guests
• Provide fast and efficient service of food and beverage in a courteous and dynamic manner
• Ensure correct billing procedures
• Provide good and friendly service to guests
• Set tables / bar counter
• Welcome and escort customers to their tables
• Present menus to customers, answer questions and make recommendations
• Take orders from customers
• Prepare beverages
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and resolve customer complaints about food quality or service
• Process bills, present them to customers, and handle money
• Boost delivery
• Clear and clean tables / bar counter
• Arrange bottles and glasses behind the bar counter to make attractive displays
• Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws
• Clean glasses, utensils and bar equipment
• Ensure the Restaurant service standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety are upheld
• Take part in cleaning activities
• Check inventories of food, equipment, smallware, and liquor, and report shortages to the supervisor

• Can work flexible hours
• Must be able to speak fluently, read and write in English
