• Greet and welcome guests warmly and efficiently
• Report regularly to captain/supervisor with regard to daily operation
• Follow up the food running and ordering
• Serve the foods and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner
• Present the menu and take the orders
• Present the bill to guests
• Prepare and check the setting-up, clearance, facility arrangement, flower, decoration and plate presentation
• Arrange service utensil placement, napkin folding, linen collection & ironing
• Follow up the pre/post service delivery
• Follow up the cleanliness and hygiene of the work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
