Waiter/Waitress

Summary of Position

An elegant boutique hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh. The property features two restaurants, an art gallery and spa. Currently, we are looking for a Waiter/Waitress.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The waiter role is very important in looking after our guests in the restaurant and bar

  • Welcome all guests who come in to the restaurant
  • Talk to all guests and be friendly and polite to them
  • Take orders from the guest and serve them their food and beverages
  • Communicate well with other team members and kitchen.
  • Remember details about our guests and use this in conversations with them
  • Upsell specials and menu items as per direction from Supervisor and Head Chef
  • Respond to guest queries and requests
  • Look after our guests on the beach and by the pool and serve them
  • Be attentive to all guests and anticipate their needs
  • Complete all other tasks as given by the Restaurant Supervisor and General Manager

Experience Required

To have work in waiting previously, a good manner and look after clients who want to eat.

Minimum Educational Level Required

High School or equivalent

Minimum Career Level Required

High School Student

Languages Required

English and Khmer
