LBL International is a French‐Cambodian construction company established in Southeast Asia since 1991. The main contractor, LBL is situated at the high‐end of the construction market and specialized in the implementation of prestigious projects such as luxury hotels, exclusive villas, residential buildings, institutions, commercial buildings and educational and humanitarian buildings. Currently, we are seeking for Quantity Surveyor (QS).

• Responsible to check the quantities of all required materials and scope of works of the project
• Responsible for the cost of the project(s) from initial estimates, right through to the final acquisition of materials
• Preparation of bill of quantities including breakdown detailed quantities of required materials and other related technical documents such as equipment list, construction programme, and method statements and so on
• Assessment of BOQ’s received upon drawings
• On‐going quantity analysis of tender projects
• Feasibility studies of client requests
• Site visits, assessments and projections for future work
• Counter‐check all materials quantities and quality throughout project and post project completion
• Tender analysis and assistance during the tendering procedures
• Study and submit unclear drawing/information enquiries related to tender projects

The Cost and QS Manager 

• Good command of Khmer and English, both spoken and written (must be able to write reports)
• Computer fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal skills, must be able to communicate well with staff
• Excellent communicator with impressive numeracy skills to handle the financial and mathematical demands of the role
• Demonstrate innovative approaches to problem-solving and an ability to negotiate across the various levels of any construction environment
• Strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels
• Global mindset, pro‐active, analytical, problem‐solving, paired with a very clear hands‐on mentality
