Okoone is currently seeking for highly motivated Project Manager to accomplishes web project objectives by establishing projects scope, designing and delivering web projects and leading software development team members. You should be a talented and detail-oriented Project Manager with enough experience to hit the ground running (ideally between 1-2 years of experience managing web or relevant digital projects). Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, passion for technology, good acumen with web technologies (PHP / HTML / CSS / JavaScript) and will be able to get up to speed quickly. 

• Establish projects features scope by analyzing client’s needs and requirements
• Develop web projects by formulating objectives and planning deliverables. Preparing projects specifications, leading the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions
• Lead the implementation of web projects by monitoring progress, conducting design and implementation reviews, examining, researching, and resolving issues, escalating issues to project stakeholders, responding to team members' concerns, and coordinating requirements with interested stakeholders
• Ensure the quality of projects deliverables by writing and completing test plans, and maintaining project and technical documentation
• Liaise with projects stakeholders to provide projects status reports
• Accomplish work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching team members, following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, and identifying process improvements
• Improve development and project management processes by tracking trends and good practices, participating in educational opportunities, and reading professional publications

The Technical Director

• Minimum 1 year of professional web project management experience with proven track record of successful customer deliverie
• Familiarity with digital deliverables, web production processes and agile software development methodologies (SCRUM / XP)
• Good understanding of backend and frontend web technologies and practices (HTML5, CSS3, LESS, SASS, adaptive and responsive layouts, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems - such as WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Prestashop - in terms of assembling pages, uploading content and media, adding metatags, creating forms, etc
• Good understanding of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony) and databases (MySQL). Knowledge of Angular.js and React.js is a plus
• Good understanding of modern web layouts, design and typography
• Good understanding of the QA testing process in terms of testing pages on different devices and browsers, checking links, checking functionality and managing the bug tracking list to ensure all issues are resolved prior to launch
• Familiarity with each layer in the LAMP / LEMP stacks from application architecture and system infrastructure points of view. Proficiency with Linux OS command lines is a plus
• Stellar organizational, task management and communication skills
• Good level of spoken and written English to communicate in an international environment
• Ability to be flexible, learn quickly, and work within a cross-cultural team of software engineers
