鴻鼎贏創有限公司Hong Ding Startup Company,Ltd is looking for an Accounting Assistant (01 Position). The Accounting Assistant will make accounting reports for the company to the supervisor. 為公司做會計報告給主管聽.

• Strategically oversee the entire Accounting and Tax function
• Be in charge of account closing process to ensure efficiency and timeliness 
• Prepare an accuracy of all standard financial reports, and key financial ratios
• Control new store project budget & do variance analysis and work closely with key stakeholders in the projects
• Oversee record management & internal control 
• Supervise Tax team for monthly & annual tax declaration and tax accounting execution
• Work with tax audit for document preparation & explanation or other critical tax issues
• Lead tax compliance program and comprehensive tax planning
• Strongly engage the work rapport across internal department and also external stakeholder such as external auditor, tax auditor, and tax officers, etc
• Perform other tasks assigned by line manager

• Bachelor of accounting, finance, and business administration,
• ACCA or MBA is a plus
• Knowledge in IFRS for SME, Cambodian Tax, Accounting policy & internal control
• Proficient in English language
• Strong leadership & management skills or a sense of leader
• Strong in analytical/critical thinking skills
• Good at solving problem solving skills
• Willing to learn attitude
• Need a very careful personality, caution, honesty
