The office has openings in the positions listed below for Full-Time Employment working our of our downtown office. Work hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday-Saturday. Benefits include Paid holiday leave, Paid Khmer holidays and Flexible Work hours if Needed. No overtime required for these positions.

• Quickbooks Online based book keeping
• Logging to bank accounts in multiple countries to check for payments and then reieve these within our online invoicing system Freshbooks
• Migrating our current invoicing system from Freshbooks into our accounting system Quickbooks Online
• Preparing payroll for Cambodia office
• Preparing monthly tax returns and submitting to gov offices
• Preparation of annual tax returns
• Processing of employees accounts
• Paying bills
• Recording of expenses into Quickbooks
• Handling basic administrative functions outside of accounting for the company such as some HR functions when workload permits

• Knoweldge of computer based accounting systems
• Knowledge of Cambodian Tax and Payroll Laws
• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
