GBCI Ventures PLC​: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Acquisition Manager.

• Providing guidance, training and mentorship for Merchant acquisition associates
• Establish acquisition objectives by forecasting and developing monthly quotas for regions and territories
• Projecting expected acquisition volume for profit for existing and new products
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
• Provide on-the-ground support for acquisition associates as they generate leads and close new deals
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
• Aligning with company sales policies and strategies
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
• Ensuring all administration for sales is completed effectively

• Degree in any fields
• At least 2 years relevant experience in sales. Interns are welcome too
• Diligent and Hardworking
• Strong relationship building skills with an ability to forge strong connections at all levels of an organization
• Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skill such as strong negotiation
• Chinese or English will be essential
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
• High motivation and ability to work without supervision
