Administration Executive

ការសង្ខេបពីមុខតំណែងការងារ

Maersk: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Administration Executive. The position Administration Executive will be responsible for office-related matters and to ensure admin expenses spent wisely.

កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី

  • To procure goods/services for the company (including warehouse and Port office)
  • To coordinate with GSC for payment arrangement to all Admin suppliers
  • To manage all office-related matters; 
    • Office rent/ facility, hygiene/security/parking
    • Mobile phone/ desk phone/ office supply, stationery, cartridge, toner
    • Fixed asset/ taxi cards/ company cars
  • Travel and related matters (hotel, accommodation, air ticket, visa, work permit) 
  • To make logistic arrangement for company events/ meetings/training
  • To support expats with Admin issues
  • To manage the performance of all 3rd- party employees: drivers, tea-ladies, messengers, securities
  • Other ad-hoc assignments by Area Administration Manager and Country Manager

  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly, honest and confident
  • High sense of urgency and customer service mindset
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken
