La Plantation Management Co ltd., is a Local Company established in 2013 focused on Agriculture (Pepper, Long pepper, Turmeric, Chili) based in Kampot Province. 

• Bring expertise on growing plants (like pepper, long pepper, turmeric, chili and other plant in the farm) in La plantation pepper farm
• To assist farm manager to supervise the workers and daily tasks
• To assist farm manager on documentation, and paper work
• Honest, working hard, team work, close deal with manager, and worker team
• Daily report for farm manager and general director

• Age: 30-35 years old
• Minimum experience 3 years to 5 years on agriculture
• Cambodian Candidate can write Khmer, and speak some English are preferred
• Foreigner candidate can speak some Khmer
• Master, bachelor Degree or equivalent agriculture are preferred
