To develop its business in Cambodia, Jewelmer is now looking for a Business Development Manager. 

• Collaborate with senior management to identify and to develop strategies for the Jewelry
• Investigate, identify and recommend potential agents and distributors to strengthen and compliment the sales reach in the region
• Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace and lead the strategic planning for new customer acquisition
• Expand the network of companies, business groups, and business professionals who will provide continual input to improve and expand our business
• Assumes responsibility for managing and growing strategic accounts as assigned
• Performs forecasting activities for the region’s three year business plan
• Delivers presentations to key customers
• Controls and manages expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
• Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
• Meets/exceeds the sales budget for the region

• A solid experience in Sales or Business development is required
• Khmer language is a requirement, knowledge in another language is a plus
