WorldBridge Outsourcing Solution Co. Ltd offer 24/7 data processing services, data analysis services, contact center services, field activation services, survey research, HR outsourcing services, and IT solutions services etc. Now we are looking for Call Center Executive base in Phnom Penh.

- Perform inbound and outbound call
- Provide customers support for productions/service information
- Generate customer interested in the services or product offered by the company
- Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the Customer
- Respond to customers in a polite and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations
- Handle the customer question, complaints and billing with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism

- Good at computer for office
- Good English at listening, speaking, writing, and reading skill
- Good at customer service and professionalism

Working Hour
- Monday – Saturday
- 8h00am – 5h00pm
