Unisun Development Corp: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Civil Engineer. The Civil Engineer will assist in the planning, co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects. He manage parts of a construction project (work packages), providing technical advice, supervising staff on site and ensuring that their packages are completed on time and within budget. Site engineers are responsible for planning, marking out and levelling construction sites before any building work takes place. 

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff and site manager
• Liaising with the planning department about the ordering of materials
• Setting out sites and organizing facilities
• Managing parts of construction projects
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork

Site Manager

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Skills & Attitude:

• Basic design and drawing program
• Language: Fluent English in both spoken and writing
• Attention to detail, particularly in respect to contractual requirements, design/site drawings, quality of finishing works and construction standard methods
• Knowledge of software used in project management
• Basic Leadership Skill 
• Proactive
• Manpower management
