Claim Officer

ការសង្ខេបពីមុខតំណែងការងារ

An insurance company is looking for a Claim Officer who will be in charge of dealing with customer request and run the process of refunding the customer’s claim. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី

  • Handle claim request for Motor and Health Insurance
  • Collect the claim documents and information to remit to insurer
  • Follow up the refund process
  • Collect further documents and information as needed with the insured
  • Negotiate with insurer for compensation
  • Conduct on-site survey
  • Request quotations from insurers

1 year of experience in Claim department and/ or Sale department with General or Life Insurance company, or experience at accounting audit firm or lawyer firm
