An international business group specialized in retail and providing services. They are looking for a Country Manager who will be in charge of managing all operations within a country, defining and implementing annual budget plans and providing regular reports to the headquarters. Developing a successful commercial development strategy and taking on full responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets of the affiliate/subsidiary. On the other hand, The Country Manager oversees the financial function of the business and ensures that controls are in place to enhance accountability and alignment with business strategies and represents the company externally with government, statutory/regulatory bodies and business partners/allies. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

- Manages all operations within a country
- Takes on full responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets of the affiliate/subsidiary
- Defines and implements annual budget plans and provides regular reports to the headquarters
- Develops a successful commercial development strategy for the country
- Provides strategic direction to the team to ensure delivery of broad business objectives
- Oversees the financial function of the business and ensures that controls are in place to enhance accountability and alignment with business strategies.
- Coordinates and develops all departments and ensures operational, strategic goals are achieved
- Coordinates the logistics operations, including warehousing activities
- Develops both new business and current accounts through business development research to create growth in sales
- Represents the company externally with government, statutory/regulatory bodies and business partners/allies
- Develops and implements internal systems for logistics, commercial and financial information flows in cooperation with headquarters.
- Recruits and manages staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training
- Works to increase brand visibility and positioning

- At least holding a master degree, majoring in Business Administration or General Management
- Good knowledge in selling, negotiation, commercial awareness
- Thorough Product/Services knowledge
- In depth understanding of supply chain processes and how it impacts on product availability & distribution in the country
- Advanced analytical, interpersonal and people management skills
- Thorough understanding of the trade, prescribers and dispensers
- Understanding of the political, socio-economic environment
- Countrywide territorial knowledge, negotiation Skills and presentation Skills
- Good interpersonal skills and integrity are essential
