Extreme Love Ministries is looking for a Financial Manager to manage ELM Cambodia’s accounting and a Human Resource Manager to manage human resource department.

Financial Manager: 

• Administrates all payables and receivables
• Manages QuickBooks reports, cash counts and bank needs
• Manages annual audits and government reporting

Human Resource Manager:

• Trains new hires on related policies and procedures 
• Administrates all employee and volunteer applications, contracts, and related HR documents. 
• Keeps all HR files and schedules (employee reviews, holidays, contract updates, Visa renewals, etc) 

• Full-Time / 30 Hours Per Week
• Excellent English proficiency / Khmer or native speaker
• Previous QuickBooks experience (mandatory 2+ years)
• Knowledgeable of MS Office and Excel 
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environments
