CAM-ASEAN: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Head of Teacher Affairs, Chinese ($700 - $800).

• In charge of Chinese teacher affairs, monitor and in charge of teachers
• Assist in teacher recruitment process
• Prepare and keep documents related forms of teacher affairs
• Prepare academic documents and materials for teachers (books, CDs, markers, erasers, lockers, pigeonhole, etc.)
• Purchase, copy and look for new teaching materials
• Assist in the examination process and result releasing
• Conduct teacher performance appraisal ,observation and hold appraisal interview
• Preparing timesheet payment and bonuses
• Manage academic events
• Teach as substitute teacher or take over classes when necessary
• Interview students and place them into the right levels
• Complete other assigned tasks

• Hold BA in Education or equivalent certificate
• Have a Good Chinese proficiency
• 1 or 2 year(s) of experience in Education Sector
• Have good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
• Must be responsible, reliable, resourceful, punctual, creative and  cooperative
