HR Manager

YMR Trading is looking for HR Manager.

Human Resource

  • Manage and supervise recruitment by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records
  • Prepare Employment Contract, Employment offer and Confidentiality Contract for new employee
  • Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies
  • Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation and sick leaves, monitor daily attendance
  • Plan and implement Human Resources Policy and procedures
  • Control and monitor Manpower attendance, absenteeism, leaves and day offs to make sure there is enough staff to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Promote workplace safety and reliability
  • Prepare appraisal forms
  • Conduct monthly meetings with supervisors, TL, and staff
  • Provide leadership skill to motivate office staff to achieve company objectives
  • Liaise with supervisors and management to determine manpower requirement setting criteria for selection and replacement of new staff
  • Assists in staff problems resolution by providing counseling and referral to advisory services
  • Maintains regular contact with various government agencies such as the labor and immigration department as necessary to ensure company meets all legal requirement for the employment staff
  • Prepare monthly payroll for employees

Admin

  • Ensure a clean, secure office environment, availability of adequate lighting, water, telecommunication, email, computer etc
  • Ensure availability of stationery, photocopy machine and other facilities and office equipment for daily operation
  • Ensure protection and security of files and records
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
  • Ensure staff notice boards provide necessary information regarding company policies, regulation and activities
  • Perform other tasks as required

  • Bachelor of Business Administration-major in HR Management is preferable
  • Male or Female
  • Good internal & communication skill, friendly, polite and honest
  • Be able to work under pressure and patient
  • Good at both written and spoken English
  • Have at least 5 years’ experience with administrative and HR jobs
  • Must be hard working and be flexible person
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Computer knowledge with Microsoft word and excel
  • Ability to write report
  • Able to work in a teamwork environment in a shifting condition
  • Experience working with seasonal project is a plus
