Human Resource & Administration Manager

Company Background – The increasing demand for organic vegetables in Cambodia, led Green O Farm (GOF) to venture into the organic field in 2009. In 2012, GOF shifted their farm operations to Kampong Speu province, after persuading local farmers from six villages to join hands with company. About 80 farmers are growing and providing fresh organic vegetables to GOF. In effect about 400 people in these six villages have been engaged in this organic production.

Our company tries to improve and instruct our farmers to use agriculture products with right condition and get best quality and quantity. Company is doing researches and developing from resource in Cambodia for producing organic vegetables. We preserve the natural resources and protect the environment. GOF’s mission is to convince Cambodians that organic produce is much better than produce which has been grown with the help of pesticides.

Currently, we are looking for Human resource & administration manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:

  • Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the Admin & HR department
  • Contributing to the development of Admin & HR department goals, objectives, and systems

  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
  • Creating and revising staffs’ job descriptions, performing benefits administration, and conducting annual salary surveys
  • Plan and coordinate human resource & administrative, recommending personnel policies, procedures, and systems, and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
  • Recruit process, train personnel with allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget, evaluation program
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s affirmative action programs, the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation, maintaining department records and reports
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  • Control and verify daily, weekly, monthly, annually reports before summit to Finance Manager

  • Master degree is in advance
  • Fluent in Khmer and English. Other languages are in advance
  • Computer skills with Ms. Office, Outlook, QuickBook, Power Point, Human & Admin Management, Paperless System, and other related software
  • Must be Integrity, honesty, and never have criminal record
  • Strongly work under pressure
  • Very good in negotiation for terms of business deals and moves with customers and associated organizations
  • Accomplishes the result by performing the duty
  • Have to be on time person, highly responsibility, and respect company policy as procedure
  • Full time work
  • Negotiation salary based on working terms and conditions
