Our client is a young and fast-growing company in Cambodia that mainly focuses on the distribution of Cables, Chemicals, Communication, Cranes, Pumps and turf & irrigation systems as well as other products that are related to the agricultural, construction and industry sector. They are looking for Indoor Sales Officer who will be in charge of conducting and generating sales. He/ She will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Conduct sales by prospecting, qualifying and generating sales in coordination with business support team over the phone or by email
• Achieve allocated country sales target as well as organize, plan, and manage the telesales activities of Lapp products in the country
• To oversee and manage Indoor Sales tasks and support the country’s outdoor sales personnel and to assist in the execution of their assigned responsibilities, ensuring a smooth operation of the company operations and providing excellent customer care at all times
• Understand customer’s business, behavior and company structure to provide a solution through efficient technical and commercial service/support
• Maintain good rapport and close relationship with customers to gain clear understanding of customer needs through customer visits when required

Report to Sales Manager

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Electrical and Energy Engineering or related field
• 1-2 years in a sales activity
• Good communication skills in Khmer and English
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office application
• Work well in a team
• Must show a willingness to learn and motivation
