The IT Admin Officer will be assigned to IT Admin team in IT department of Passerelles numériques Cambodia. The IT Admin Officer provides support to staff, students as well maintain network availability. As well, update technical documents, disaster recovery plan.

Under the supervision of IT Coordinator, the IT Admin Officer will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Install, configure, monitor and maintain workstations for users (staff and students)
• Configure, monitor and maintain local network infrastructure
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP server
  • File server
  • Antivirus server
  • Proxy server
  • Router/firewall and switches
• Support users in using their workstations and the different network services
• Assist IT training team in preparing labs material
• Keep updating technical documentations related to the local IT infrastructure
• Update and maintain IT inventory

• Associate degree in Computer science or related fields
• Flexible, critical thinking, creative and autonomous, open to criticism, with team spirit
• Organized, rigorous, good communication, eager to learn and develop himself/herself
• Very strong ethical behavior and leadership on his/her area of ownership
• Able to self-train quickly to new technologies
