Khmer Capital Microfinance Institution Plc: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position IT Manager.

• Monitoring core banking system (O9) with cost effectiveness and efficiency
• Lead in the development and enhancement of the core banking system policies, user manual and standard operating procedures for IT department
• Ensure core banking system report are developed properly and provide the report to the head of the department and relevant management to review
• Review and maintain all request documents from users and consolidate to monthly report
• Monitor the daily, weekly and monthly backup from the system and other related systems to make sure the backup is well done
• Providing support, training, coaching and other necessary to enhance user experience and minimizing error or mistake
• Support IT team in such of software installation and maintain computers, printers, network devices, internet, email and IT system
• Diagnosing, troubleshoot and solve a wide range of complex technical issues pertaining to server
• Resolve problems quickly when possible, following established procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by CFO

CFO and CEO

• Bachelor/Master Degree in IT or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience related to MFIs or Bank
• Good understanding and expertise with core banking system, experiencing with Optimal 9 (O9) is most preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Flexible, friendly, team building, and goal oriented
• Good of English for both writing and speaking
• Ability to train, coach, and deliver personal experience to team
• And can work under pressure and deadline committed
