SOUTH EAST ASIA TELECOM (Cambodia) CO.,LTD: Currently, we are looking for an IT Technician.

• Perform daily administration activities for all host servers including analyzing, installing, modifying Operating Systems
• storage, applications, backups, account administration and secure connectivity
• Planning (implementation and ongoing usage/forecasting/trending), design, setup and troubleshooting of such items as
• Operating Systems, systems management software, security software, backup software, productivity applications
• Determines new technology's needs, including researching, evaluation and cost analysis
• Utilize trouble ticket system to address and resolve customer concerns
• Interface with sales team to resolve pending issues
• Maintaining knowledge of diverse infrastructure architecture, security policies and standards and consistently applying these practices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, or performance problems (Cloud system)
• Have a strong understanding of current technology
• Automate tasks with complexity or multiple hand offs
• NOTE：Technical Support staffs need to on duty at Seatel Cloud Data Center

• Bachelor Degree in IT or related fields
• Have experience in this industry
• Flexibility, Responsibility, Willingness and honest
• Strong communication, interpersonal skill, negotiation skills, and team leadership
• Team management proficiency
• Good at spoken English and written
