Phnom Penh Land Development is URGENTLY looking for a qualified and talented candidate of creativity and advancement, full of energy and positive thinking to fill in the vacant position as Junior A/R Officer (Real Estate) 1 post who meets the criteria as follows:

កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី

  • Issuing Invoices, issue daily and monthly customer payment statements in Sales System
  • Preparing collection sheets attached with customer payment statements for collecting payments from clients
  • Checking and verifying customer payment statements before submitting to customer and clearing the customer payment statements from Sales System, recording data in Excel after payment is done
  • Verifying and recording Tax Invoices in Sales System and preparing List of Tax Invoice numbers for taxation
  • Controlling in-and-out client statements and list of client brokerage requisitions
  • Ensuring accuracy, speed and efficiency of processing and monitoring A/R transactions
  • Prepare Monthly Sales Records
  • Reporting A/R transactions to Accounting Manager every day
  • Enumerating daily and monthly revenue transactions in QuickBooks or online software as set by Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
  • Preparing monthly documentation files by client serial numbers
  • Preparing Client List of Payments and amounts collected or due
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager and/or CFO

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in works related to Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
  • Experiences with real estate business is preferred
  • Administration and accounting skills, stock management skill
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Building relationship with clients, suppliers and venders
  • Positive thinking, dynamic teamwork, self-motivation, time management, disciplinary, respectful, helpful, supportive, communicative, cooperative and result-oriented
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), QuickBook, Outlook and Internet/Email
  • Able to maintain high level of confidentiality, honest and responsible towards the works given
  • Willing to work hard and be flexible on timing
  • Able to work under pressure with high responsibility
  • Khmer and English are acceptable
