One of the main transportation groups in Cambodia is looking for a Cargo Junior Supervisor, will be responsible for general function of office works, administrations, customer services and giving supervision to Team Leader (TL), Handling Agents (HA) Team, and Customer Service Agent & Cargo Officer Clerk (at Document Counter) to ensure adherence to quality standard, deadlines, standard operating procedures, working instruction. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Work in general function of office works, administrations, customer services and give supervision to Team Leader (TL)
• Handle Agents (HA) Team, and Customer Service Agent & Cargo Officer Clerk (at Document Counter) to ensure adherence to quality standard, deadlines, standard operating procedures, working instruction
• Ensure that subordinates always fully operate and maintain equipment properly and comply with safety rules and regulations
• Report all irregular cases to immediate superior to ensure that the corrective and/or preventive actions are undertaken
• Will be in charge of import, export and document counter when being on duty

The Cargo Senior Supervisor

• Bachelor’s Degrees in related field
• Experiences in airline or air-freight, warehouse, logistic and stock control is an advantage
• Having good knowledge in Administration work and Human Resources Functions are an advantage
• Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email, Database etc.….)
• Be flexible and adaptable to new changes and challenges
• Be able to work overtime as necessary and work with less supervision and under pressure
• Must have effective problem solving/decision making abilities
• Have strong leadership, instructional and interpersonal skills and willing to work on multi-tasks
• Have good Customer Care attitude
• Must have honesty, integrity, courtesy and good grooming
• Be confident and highly motivated person
