Ngy Heng Group Co .,Ltd is looking for Marketing (two positions).

• Assist the marketing  in preparing the documentation proposed spending for marketing mission to the province
• Manage inventory in warehouses and  issue fertilizer to market teams for   testing fertilizer
• Responsible for typing and editing correspondences letter and price, quotation to customer & suppliers
• Responsible for answering telephone calls from customer and suppliers and take message as needs, acts as secretary job and telephone operators/receptionist if necessary
• Assist in prepare the presentation materials, business and budget plan of marketing unit, sale report and other important report as requested by marketing unit and general manager
• Manage and keeping the relevant correspondences documents for marketing unit by ensures accuracy, cleanliness and easiest location of information need
• Take and responding order from customer via telephone and coordinate with sale &marketing unit in preparation of sale order
• Coordinate with customer service group regarding scheduling and standard operation procedures prior delivery of goods and service are affected
• Responsible in the preparation of product sample, pertinent technical brochure and submission to some customers as required by sale & marketing unit
• Prepare revenue and expense of marketing unit and report to accounting department or general manager
• Other task as need from marketing unit and general manager

The Marketing Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Age from 18-35 years old
• At least 1 year experiences as marketing assistant
• Good in Chines and English communication both speaking and writing
• Hard-working, honest and reliable
• Able to work under pressure
• Able travel to other province as need by company
• Good at Computer Microsoft Offices, Internet and Email
