Our client is a tire manufacturer in Cambodia. They are looking for a Marketing Product Manager and Trainer who is responsible for Commercial objectives, appropriating Account Management methods and tools are applied for the selected sites/customers responsible, Technical supporting, with recommendations adapted to the clients so that the quality of product implementation is guaranteed and the risks are controlled. Commercial policies defined are implemented, by applying sales methods. He/ She will be based in Phnom Penh. 

• Know and analyze our market
• Record and analyze competitors tire performances when visiting end users
• Develop arguments (product and services) for customers, following validated rules and instructions
• Analyze your portfolio and qualifies the accounts according to the expected result and the investment to be provided (portfolio management)
• Deploy plans of action for customers or territory
• Ensure product marketing functions with customers you are responsible for
• Consolidate market information (competition, conditions, observed prices, products, services, environment…) and ensures a regular internal circulation
• Measure activity deviations and results
• Inspect damaged tires; Coordinate technical support with your entity to ensure high level support for customers. Identify the causes of problems and propose corrective actions when possible

Report to Branch office manager

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or technical/engineering fields (preferred engineering education background)
• Proficiency in Khmer & English languages is a must: Writing & Speaking
• 2-3 year experience in automotive / technical sales or mining industry is appreciated
• Willing to travel often country-wide, with potential for non-standard work hours and/or work during weekends
• Good analytical, planning and good autonomy
• Good presentation skills and negotiation skills
• Mature, sharp-minded, confident character
• Good command of MS office
